កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឆែម គាតរិទ្ធី ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គមកិច្ច និងវប្បធម៌ (ក.ស.វ.) បានចូលរួមក្នុងវេទិកា ស្តីពី នវានុវត្តន៍និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការវេជ្ជសាស្រ្តអន្តរជាតិ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “Medical Innovation and Sharing for Sustainable Development of Health” ដែលបានប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅទីក្រុង Fangchenggang សាធារណៈរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។
ក្នុងសុន្ទរកថាបើកវេទិកា ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឆែម គាតរិទ្ធី បានលើកឡើងអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការច្នៃប្រឌិតផ្នែកសុខាភិបាលបែបរួមបញ្ចូល ដើម្បីជំរុញសុខុមាលភាពសកលឱ្យឈានទៅមុខ។ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត បានលើកឡើងអំពីអាទិភាពសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន៖ ការលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពផ្នែកសុខាភិបាលក្នុងតំបន់ ការស្ញប់ស្ញែង ចំពោះការផ្លាស់ប្តូរផ្នែកវេជ្ជសាស្រ្ដជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររវាងអាស៊ី និងកម្ពុជាបុរាណ ការជំរុញកំណែទម្រង់ផ្នែកសុខាភិបាលនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដោយផ្អែកលើបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការច្នៃប្រឌិតឱ្យស្របតាមគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព (SDGs) របស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ក្នុងការច្នៃប្រឌិតផ្នែកសុខាភិបាល និងបានបញ្ជាក់ឡើងវិញនូវតម្លៃនៃ ការទូតវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានសម្រាប់ការជឿជាក់ ភាពរួបរួម និងអនាគតរួមមួយដែលមានសុខភាពល្អ និងភាពថ្លៃថ្នូរជាងមុន។
From April 28–30, 2025, H.E. Dr. Chhem Kieth Rethy, Senior Minister and Chairman of the Economic, Social, and Cultural Council (ECOSOCC), participated in the 2025 International Medical Innovation and Cooperation Forum in Fangchenggang, China, under the theme “Medical Innovation and Sharing for Sustainable Development of Health.”
In his opening remarks, H.E. Dr. Chhem Kieth Rethy underscored the importance of inclusive health innovation in advancing global well-being. He highlighted key priorities: promoting regional health equity, honoring historic medical exchanges between Asia and ancient Cambodia, advancing Cambodia’s tech-driven healthcare reforms, and aligning innovation with the UN SDGs.
He suggested a stronger cooperation for health innovation and reaffirm science diplomacy as a foundation for trust, solidarity, and a healthier, more dignified shared future.
